1. Service Plans & Subscriptions

If you are not completely satisfied with your NestSecure service plan, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee:
    New customers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase or activation of service, provided no equipment has been damaged and the service has not been misused.

  • Monthly Plans:
    Refunds are not issued for partial months. If you cancel after the 14-day window, your plan will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, and no further charges will apply.

  • Annual Plans:
    If you cancel an annual plan within the 14-day window, you will receive a full refund. After 14 days, prorated refunds may be offered at our discretion.

2. Equipment & Devices

If you purchased NestSecure hardware (cameras, sensors, control panels, etc.), the following terms apply:

  • 30-Day Return Policy:
    Unused and undamaged equipment may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping fees.

  • Damaged or Used Equipment:
    Items showing signs of damage, misuse, or missing parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Defective Products:
    If your equipment is defective, please contact our support team. We will repair or replace it at no extra cost during the warranty period.
